Support Analyst
Location: Hong Kong
Job Summary
The Support Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting client, broker, and internal support issues related to our product application. Reporting to the Head of Support this role can be based in our Hong Kong office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front line trading application support to clients, brokers and internal users by clear diagnose and troubleshooting technical issues
- Effectively communicate with all internal and external parties on all support matters
- Use CRM to track and manage cases
- To effectively resolve all client enquires using the company procedures within the set time frames
- Proactively communicate outage information to affected parties and manage status reports
- Effectively manage the support database system and update case status
- Work with the Product Management teams to provide feedback on support related issues for new product launches
- Provide clear and comprehensive product or release documentation to internal parties
Qualifications
- Ability to problem solve, use initiative and be proactive
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- At least 2-3 years experience working in trading environments
- Knowledge of Asian trading markets
- Experience working with order routing systems
- Proficiency in Linux, Scripting and order routing/ OMS knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in English is essential, Japanese and Mandarin is advantageous
- Qualification in Computer Science or related field
